A message from Sports Unbiased’s Managing Editor, Rich Stowe
Welcome to Sports Unbiased; your home for unbiased sports news and opinions. This site was started because a bunch of us would sit around work and discuss the latest sports topics and JR Williams realized that we all had some great thoughts that he believed the world should hear and thus Sports Unbiased was born.
The writers you will find on this site are all sports fans with unique thoughts and opinions on anything sports related whether it’s the latest NBA news, a coach’s firing in the NFL or the latest sneaker with Lebron James’ name on it.
The writers come from many different areas of the United States and many different backgrounds. Most, if not all, of the writers are former members of the United States military. This allows for many different viewpoints on many different subjects. While none of the writers have any formal journalism training (some do have previous writing experience whether it was for other sports-based websites or their own blogs), you will find they each have their own unique style and voice.
Feel free to disagree or agree with the writers in the comment section of each article – the writer may just engage you in conversation! This site is still in its infancy as of right now but is quickly adding new writers, sports being covered and sections of the website so you may see some changes over the next few weeks or months.
